Weddingwebsite not showing up for me to edit, but it's viewable to guests?

When I go to "wedding website" under my account, our wedding website is no longer there, it's some generic version with none of our pictures or wedding information. When I open another browser and type in our wedding website URL (as a family member or friend would do), the correct wedding website shows up. How do I get the correct wedding website re-linked to me and my fiancé so we can make edits and updates? I've emailed help@weddingwire.com, but no response.
