The bare minimum should be location, time and dress code. If doing a hotel block, list where, any reservation deadlines, hotel contact number and if there is transportation provided. I’d clarify if you are not providing transportation. It’s helpful for guest to plan for rideshares or a DD. I recommend adding a FAQ page (if possible depending on your site) to cover any miscellaneous topics. We used it to clarify that we had an open bar, no kid policy, unplugged ceremony request, where to park, handicap guest directions and we had a day light savings factor that we addressed. I also updated the week of that any questions the day of can be direct to [list someone other than you]. I listed my MOH. You can opt to include a registry if you choose. Since I did a universal registry, I provided detail for older guests on how it works and some of the older relatives still got a confused. You know your guest audience best to know what you may want to clarify for them or what you don’t need to bother noting. I also had my MIL review it in case I missed anything her side may need clarifying on. If you have out of town guest, it’d nice to list things to do for dinner the night before or activities while in town. Hope this helps.

We’re using Zola for our website. They have nice templates, which makes the process easy. They also send emails with ideas for your website’s content (but the tips aren’t really needed because it’s pretty straight forward).

Still not finalized (especially the background image because I'm still figuring out what resolution is needed) and I've hidden some pages until closer to the event, but this is what I've started on Wedding Wire: https://www.weddingwire.us/website/brittanylarkjacobcreel

I liked Wedding Wire's templates best. Found them more flexible than some others and integrated registry and RSVP like I wanted a lot in the site. I'll be able to make my seating chart in Wedding Wire as well once I open RSVP function.
