Erin and Ralph, on February 16, 2013 at 9:08 PM Posted in Etiquette and Advice 0 5

Okay I am doing my invitations and they are asking me for the wedding venue name. My wedding is going to be rustic chic, so do i put that? I am getting married at a casino, no not on the casino floor this casino has a beach and they also have a island which is all surrounded by the colorado river...very pretty. I am all new to this wedding thing....PLEASE HELP..Any Ideas or suggestions would be very very helpful.

I would say you should put the name of the Casino... Its not asking for the name of your wedding, but the venue, which is the place

The other ladies have you covered. The invite basically should state the who/what/when/where's of the wedding. The venue is the place aka 'where'.

For mine, there are multiple places on the hotel property that you could go, so it states the hotel name, then on the next line mentions the name of the garden. That way if guests ask someone at the hotel, they can be pointed to the correct garden Smiley smile
