Let’s see everyone’s wedding shoes! And tell us why you chose them. To me, all day comfort was key. So, I wore Kate Spade Keds. They were pretty, still had the wedding look, and were super comfortable!

Went with a popular shoe, but it was everything I wanted: medium block heel, beading, affordable.

Even though I love flats, my husband and I have an 11-inch height difference, so I knew I wanted some type of heel. These worked perfectly!

Probably will get shoes similar to one of the below. High heels with peep toe.

These are from a local company in my area. I will wear them as heels for the ceremony, then the heels twist off and convert to flats for our reception and the rest of the evening! 2 shoes in 1, yay!Wedding Shoes 4

This is a great idea! How will you hem your dress? To match the length with heels or flats?

    Meghan,

Thank you for your post! I love those shoes! I’m a fan of sparkle myself. I purchased mine from Dolls Kill (which I hadn’t heard of at the time and later learned it’s not a very ethical brand for its designers or on the production side of things, which was a bit of a bummer). However, they’re some of the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn, NO ONE is going to see them (even though the color is actually pretty spot-on) as I have a very full skirt, AND they add 5 inches... which is nice for someone who is 5’1 and is constantly asked if I’m my FH’s daughter or little sister (we look absolutely nothing alike?😂). I almost always wear heels or platforms and when I don’t, the height disparity between us can be a bit much with him being 6’2:
Anyway; I love your shoes and I look forward to reading everyone else’s posts as well!🥰

    Dear Leonardia,

I absolutely love these! So timeless, so effortless and so rewearable! I want to wear the shoes that I purchased for my wedding day so badly before the wedding that my grandmother has taken them hostage in storage. I would want to wear these, too. I'm a huge fan of pointed toe. With really small feet, it helps elongate my foot and make it a bit more elegant, tooXD #turtletoes. I also loved the exposed inner foot, also very elegant and a really cool redesign of a classic, timeless shoe.

Again, a chef's kiss of a shoe and I love that a lot of brides are getting super cute shoes that they can definitely re-wear (hopefully not too wearily) after their wedding date!

Hi! Thank you!! I have to keep reminding myself to not mess with them so that I don't potentially do something to mine lol. That was an important thing for me as well. I wanted something special...but also something that I could see myself at least pulling out for special occasions/date nights. Outside of my shoes I've had the bridal salon hold on to everything else so that I'm not constantly looking at them. Smiley laugh

    Leonardia,

My salon will only hold my dress until the wedding date, which I kind of took as a "great!" considering I have nowhere to store it and I purchased it almost two years in advance. Can't wait until we're finally ready to do alterations! I love that you'll be able to keep these as a sentimental shoe to wear on special dates and outings! I just now realized that they can be your "something blue," as well!Smiley xd I'm so oblivious I didn't even think of that...

Anyways, thanks for reading and responding to my reply! I hope that you guys have fun with planning!

I can't do heels and I need something comfortable because of back problems, so I'm probably going to go with a fancy slip-on type shoe :-)

I fell in love with these and had to have them. They were comfortable and were my favorite color.
