Wedding Night Consummation

I’m getting a feeling that I want to go to the back of the church to consummate our marriage after the wedding or take a “slightly longer detour” after the wedding. I don’t think I can wait for the wedding night. When did you guys do it?

I hope this is a joke. We plan on doing the deed on our wedding night. I doubt we'll be exhausted because we plan on eloping which will take 5 to 15 mins. Bare minimum planning, no professional photography, no flowers unless it's one bouquet from the grocery store; and lastly, no stress.

Uptight? Its disrespectful and prerty immature. Sorry, I dont find posting about having sex in a church on a wedding forum for women to be funny. I'm pretty sure there are other ways to joke and better things to do with your day.

Lol I find it interesting how I said this not about anyone specific and she took it upon herself to single herself out. Analie, I guess this where I was coming from. I grow up with very conservative, religious women. Women who take respect for their god VERY seriously. Some got married in late 30’s and even in their 40’s. I saw how hard it was for them to wait until marriage. When it was finally happened, they made a similar joke among women and no one took it offensively. We were so happy and proud of them we didn’t focus on it. I’m sure your family and friends are just as proud of your decision, so also your God. If you were doing to please him, trust me that’s what he sees. It’s very special and something very few have given him including myself lol. You should be nothing but proud😊

LOL oh I got a great laugh from some of the responses. I truly hope the back of the church was a joke.

So glad you asked. I told my fiance' the same thing. We're waiting until marriage to consummate as well and I don't think I can wait until that night. I suggested we arrive to dinner/reception about an hour late to do it in the car. Yes, that sounds crazy but our wedding night hotel is downtown and timing won't allow us to park, get up to our hotel, ECT ...
Honestly, these thoughts are all over the top. In real life we'll most likely be tired and we'll get to it the next day once we've relaxed. No pressure.
*Both my fiance' and I have been married before so this is not our 1st time.
