Alot of women go that route. Have you checked Ulta? They do full makeup applications. Sephora is a possibility, though some locations only teach you how to apply your own. Otherwise check the vendor tab at the top of the page.

Do you mean like at Ulta or Sephora?
If so that’s just risky because you don’t always get the same person to do your makeup so even if you try it out with one person before the wedding I don’t think you can ensure that you will get the same person the day of.
Plus I’m not sure you’re required to have any certification as a makeup artist in order to work at those ulta and Sephora counters.I’ve had makeup applied at Sephora a few times and it was really hit and miss so I wouldn’t recommend it unless that’s really your only option.

MAC (but they’re closed currently and idk when they might open) so I guess Ulta is another option. I have checked the vendor tab but they’re all mostly booked for my day so far.

Depending on how soon your wedding is and depending on where you live, the Ulta near me is only doing ordering online and picking up in store. I can’t even go in there to browse due to Covid. If you do go to a make up counter, I would suggest finding someone who’s worked at that location the longest, and doing a trial run or maybe two before the wedding. I suggest finding someone who’s been there the longest not just because of experience, but mostly because the turnaround of employees in places like that are so high that even if you find someone that does your make up great they may quit the next month and then you’re back in the same boat. I’ve had a few bad experiences with counter make up one of which was at MAC.

How do you feel about DIY? Is that like totally out of the question. YouTube has amazing tutorials for make up

I think it's likely that is something I'm going to have to look into

That's the route I'm going for my wedding. I was originally going to have a MUA but after the trial I did not like my look at all, and I find that I like my makeup better whenever I put it on myself than when someone else does it for me. If you end up doing the diy YouTube route, I definitely would recommend Wayne Goss.

Unfortunately I don’t know of any stores or beauty counters that are doing makeup application right now. I know Sephora and ulta aren't. I believe MAC and Dior aren’t letting employees apply products on customers.
