Wedding gift for spouse??

I bought DH a watch, but he didn't buy me anything which is ok.

I'm doing a budoir album and I also took old Jameson bottles and cut them into whisky glasses and sanded them down. He sure loves his Jameson.

I got him a personalized book from lovebookonline.com

He paid for our entire wedding and I gave him a watch.

For our engagement present I am sending him letters I have written for nearly ten years "to the love of my life" there are good and bad times stored in those bad boys. Also, it's being sent in the same shoe box that I originally made for it. For his wedding gift I was thinking of a boudoir shoot because I've done them in the past and had SO much fun. Or was thinking of a watch since he loves watches.

We both agreed that gifts r unnecessary as we r paying for most everything ourselves...we decided that we will just write each other nice notes & call it good. Our honeymoon is our real gift! :-D

I'm not! We are a practical couple and don't really buy each other Christmas, Valentines, or birthday gifts. This wedding/honeymoon is expensive enough!

We initially agreed on not getting each other gifts but I want to surprise FH with his boudoir album. I think he will love it!!!

I'm doing a boudoir album and a new Glock that he can't stop talking about. Definitely will have to save up!!

FH is a cigar smoker on occasion. I found a really nice humidor that has a plaque that can be engraved. Not sure what I'll put on the plaque, (besides our wedding date).

Im just bought him a watch this past week and throughout the day I am going to have his best man give him notes with a little something (not quite sure what yet) and right before I will have him get his favorite whiskey bottle for all the guys to have a shot with him before we start the ceremony with a love letter from me.

My future husband loves hiking and exploring and has been wanting a good compass for a while so I am getting him a nice engraved compass

Sara, your stained glass thing is cute. What is not cute is the grammatical error. So many people mess this up, it's no wonder it's wrong everywhere and people think it's right. The Montoya's indicates possession, not plural. Plural would be the Montoyas. The Montoya's would be correct if you were saying the Montoya's house.

I bought DH a pocket watch with Celtic knots that was made in Ireland. DH is very Irish and we are going there for our honeymoon. I was so stuck and then found that and it was perfect.

We're were going to get Giants/Redskins tickets for Thanksgiving night as our gift to each other. But life, in the form of 4 new tires for me and new knock sensors in the engine for him, has squashed that plan.

I'm getting my FH a recliner. His broke a year ago and we just never got another one.
