I really need some advice! I am considering taking out a small loan to pay for half of my wedding. The cost is $6000 and that includes the wedding & reception (food alcohol decorations etc) My wedding is in September this year and things have changed money wise because I had to take my parents...

That's exactly how I feel. My father is doing the loan and he has GREAT credit so the rate we have to pay is very low and we will definitely have it paid back sooner then the terms they are asking

I firmly believe no one should go into debt because of a wedding. I would consider cutting back on expenses or pushing back your wedding date to allow you more time to save instead of taking on debt.
