Wedding dress

Briana, on July 13, 2020 at 1:18 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 11
So I decided to have a smaller wedding but I'm conflicted on my dress, it's beautiful and big and I'm not sure if I want to wear it in my backyard or to the courthouse. My mom says I should wear it because I got it for a reason. But I have a German Shepherd and my backyard is dirt

I would definitely wear it! Maybe you can also decorate a walkway so the bottom of your dress won't get as dirty.

GURL! Wear that dress and wear it with pride! Have you considered doing a venue like a park or a place that is open and can accommodate a small group. I would say for a back yard maybe have a rental floor you can walk on? I say if you love the dress wear it. I have a ballgown and I am getting married with two friends. I do not care because I want to feel like a bride no matter where I am.

Yay I am glad! You deserve to feel like a bride so go big! Get the hair and make up you want and all of it. You got this. I will say do some research as there are a lot of places that will cater for those things and there is much more out there than I even realized until I started planning. You got this!

Yes. Rent a platform or possibly ask someone to watch your dog? I have a big dog too. I love him to death, but every time I come home he will jump on me like he hasn’t seen me for decades. Not to mention when he sees a guest, he would turn crazy and jump to everyone to pet him. I had to lock him inside a room and my groomsman will watch him once in a while.

I'm wearing my ballgown in the backyard, and you should, too! I bought a small, green tarp to put under the table/chair where I'm sitting as a small barrier since I'll be in that spot for a while.

Awe my pup’s the same way! Especially with Covid he’s used to us being home with him all the time.

My bulldog too! Everytime I go, he barely or won’t eat ☹️. Every time I go more than a week he lost weight and mostly sleeps around the door. However, I travel a lot, and I am still hoping he gets to use to be away from me from time to time.
