So I have about a million questions in one post. What does everyone's wedding day timeline look like? I have the actual event sorta planned, however I don't really know how to schedule the prep and set up. So far my day looks like this:
3:15 - Ceremony starts
3:45 - Ceremony ends
4:00 - Guests arrive at reception venue/ Cocktail hour starts/ Photos for wedding party
5:30 - Wedding party introduced/ Bride and Groom grand entrance/ First dance
6:00 - Buffet Opens
7:00 - Toast begin/ Bar opens
7:30 - Cake cutting/ Dance floor opens
7:15 - Father Daughter Dance
8:30 - Shoe Game /Bouquet toss
9:30 - Bar Closes
10:00 - Sparkler Send off
10:30 - Reception Ends
Am I forgetting anything? Am I allowing enough time for everything? How much time should I schedule for hair (I have five bridesmaids and there will be one hair stylist)? How long should I schedule for makeup (we're all doing our own)? How long should I allow for bridal portraits? Any answers/advice would help!
