Wedding coordinator issue

I'm really thinking choosing a family member as a coordinator was a mistake. Yes,she gave a discount but I don't see what she's doing or done. I already had all of my vendors picked out and paid for. I already had my venue. There's been a few meetings by zoom between us and notes taken but no action. I checked with each vendor and she's reached out only once to the venue and that was yesterday. She spoke with the caterer in the beginning. That's it. My wedding is May 31,2025. I don't even have programs. $2500 is what I paid.
