Wedding colors (to match with blue)

I've been trying to figure out what wedding colors to have. Blue is my all time favorite color, so that's the obvious choice (my new car is blue and the center stone I'm about to put in my engagement ring is blue). My problem is finding a color I like that matches. I was thinking a medium blue, but...

I've been trying to figure out what wedding colors to have. Blue is my all time favorite color, so that's the obvious choice (my new car is blue and the center stone I'm about to put in my engagement ring is blue). My problem is finding a color I like that matches. I was thinking a medium blue, but I'm open to suggestions. I like blue and yellow, but it reminds me of the colors I wanted when I was dating my ex (he's in the Navy). I love blue and green, but I don't know if I love lime green (the tone that matches best). I love grey, blue, and yellow. I found a swatch, but I don't know if it will translate well to wedding colors (plus it's not my favorite shade of blue). I've tried using the palette sites, but nothing jumps out at me. Blue and silver is nice, but it reminds me of prom. Or I could ditch blue all together and go with green and gray. I'm very indecisive, as you can see. :p

Thank you for all of the replies! I pretty much have every color combo pinned on Pinterest. Now... to narrow it down. I don't have a strong opinion on anything wedding related, which has caused more issues than not. When my ex and I were discussing marriage, I knew exactly what I wanted. I just feel overwhelmed with options. My Mom suggested navy and coral, I'm considering it.

I do love the color scheme in these lanterns! That is a light coralish pink/blue/white.

If you love blue, you could go monochromatic and use lots of different shades of blue. If you want a little more variation, you could throw in a metallic. Silver or gold would both look great.

I'm doing sapphire blue and lavender. Purples and blues look good together.

I don't have any ideas. I just want to let you know that I like your cat-in-a-box.

Anna, what is the name of your type of stone? Is it a medium blue sapphire?

Mine are navy with tans & neutrals, but I also love the navy and blush tones. Check out The Perfect Palette. You can click on your main color (there are a few different blue hues) and you get tons of inspirational photos. Good luck! http://www.theperfectpalette.com/

Our color is blue, our accent colors are silver/gray and white. I wanted the focus to be on the blue!

Our color is navy and coral, with accents of peach, white, and gold. I love navy with blush, too, but FH wasn't too keen on pink lol
