And you can do as many 10 or 12 inch round cakes, or 9x 13, 3 layer cakes as you need in different flavors and fillings, made the day before not 3-4 days stale, cheaper. Which ordinary servers can cut. Worlds cheaper if not for a wedding, just a dessert buffet.
