Wedding Buffet Menu

Hi! I'm having a wedding buffet, is there traditional "menu etiquette" for wedding buffets? Such as two meats, two types of salad, etc...in other words, specific types of foods that should be served? Thanks!

Even if you do this all the time, you will be running in a million different directions on the day/s leading up to your wedding. It is very possible that the normal things you do (checking temperatures, needing oven/fridge space, etc.) can fall through the cracks because of all the other things you are thinking about and doing.

If you do not have the money for a caterer, you are not able to host a reception. Have cake and punch at a non-meal time and that's it.

This is exactly why friendors are a bad idea! You need to make room in your budget for your own insanity. Self catering takes so much time just for small events and you don't want to be trying to get your hair done and wondering if the food is burning in the oven.
