Wedding Budget Inclusions

I included all the things needed for the wedding itself, including rings, attire, vendor fees, tips, taxes, lodging, marriage license fees, stationary, thank you cards, postage, etc.

Pre- and post-wedding events and activities like parties, showers, and honeymoon are not included (and typically couples don't pay for all of those events themselves).

I didn't include personal care items (like new makeup and teeth whitening strips).

Initially I didn't include the honeymoon in our budget, however I ended up adding it in later since it was coming out of our pockets. In the end I ended up adding everything we paid for (which for us is literally everything).

I used the "budget" tool from The Knot and found it super helpful!

I didn't include any of the parties (I didn't pay for them anyway), but I did include gifts!
