Wedding Band Opinions: Marquise/Scalloped Band?

I have a marquise, so I'm biased. I love marquises, you hardly see them anymore. So I get excited that they seem a little more unique now.

I didn't realize that those bands were considered "marquise". I love them and am considering one to go with my solitaire princess-cut engagement ring. I think it would look beautiful with your ring.

Marquise is a stone shape. I'm on mobile, so I can't see her anniversary/eternity band well, but I assumed it was little tiny marquise clustered or linked together....

@mlw, yes that is correct. I just wonder how that will look with a cushion cut with a halo and small diamonds in the thin band.

I think that's very pretty! My ring is similar to yours, except it's an emerald cut diamond, and I was thinking of doing a band like Fall Bride suggested.

I think it'll look great! My ring looks almost exactly like yours, but the band is not quite as thin. I'm looking at a similar band, the plain diamond one (like what Fall Bride posted) just wasn't doing it for me

@Erin I love the emerald cut too! Cushion cut is more of my style.

I have a cushion halo and a scalloped wedding band, which has a similar look. I love the mismatch.

I think we have the same ering or very similar. I also LOVE the look with a marquis band. I tried one on and fell in love, but it was 1200 MORE than the one we went with. I didn't take a picture with the marquis band, but here's what I chose.

Definitely try it on with your e-ring. I love those but I did not like it all with my e-ring.
