wedding arch/unity candle placement?

Future Mrs. S, on August 25, 2013 at 9:54 PM Posted in Etiquette and Advice 0 4

We were walking through the ceremony with our pastor today and realized we're not sure where to put the arch. It's a smaller one...should I have us be under/in front of the arch during the ceremony, and have the unity candle table behind it? But then the arch will partially hide the unity candle....or should I have the arch over the unity candle table? What are you ladies doing, if you're using these things?

Put the unity candle under the arch and you stand in front of it

We plan on having the table right under our archway and standing just in front of it during the ceremony and then having our officiant move to behind the table during the unity ceremony, if that helps. Good luck!! Smiley smile
