David's bridal has some really cute options for $39.99. You can even go in store to try them on. I'm also getting the sash to match my bridesmaids for $12. You can't beat it.

And a third vote for David's. They have some that are more expensive, but the FG's in daughter's wedding looked adorable in 39.99 dresses with the sash add-on. (Also, DB was a good option because one FG wore a size 4T and the other a girls' size 12 or 14. Daughter wanted their dresses to match and it can be hard to find dresses that cover both those sizes.)

We got ours from Etsy - the shop's name was "The Twirl." We chose to match our colors instead of going with the "mini bride" type, white dress, but you could pick the custom colors or go plain white if you wanted. I think the dress including shipping was like $65?

Theres a site called monsoonlondon.com that my FSIL recommended she says they have beautiful quality dresses. We ordered their dresses and they are awesome! $80 a piece but exactly what I was looking for

Another vote for David's Bridal. My FG dresses are $39.99 and they also bought a sash that was like $35 but her mom picked out the sash to match mine, and my sash is actually her mom's from her wedding. I'm wearing as my something borrowed, and the hope is that when her daughter gets married she will wear it as well.
