UGH. So we are accepting RSVPs only through our website. But, of course, wedding wire has updated again and now, once guests have RSVP'd, they can no longer go back to change it if need be, or add a note in the note to the couple box (which we were using to get info for for our destination wedding). Does anyone know if there is a new setting somewhere where I can allow guests to update their RSVP stuff so they can add needed info in the future? And if wedding wire is reading this, please change this!

Alot of people are using Withjoy.com and rsvpify.com because of the website glitches at WW

I can’t even change my wedding date on WW. It won’t let me choose the 1st of August. Sure it’s a glitch.

Unfortunately once a guest has submitted their RSVP they are not able to update any information that they sent through the RSVP page. If they need to update or add any information to their RSVP they will need to contact you directly so you can update it on your end. We apologize for the inconvenience and I am happy to pass this information along to our Development Team for future updates to the site.
