We just wanted to ask a few questions before deciding on a catering service

Ask if items/services are negotiable. If you don’t need or want something on the list, will they switch it out for something you do want?

Are the menus customizable? Is the food avant-garde (basically more for looks than taste) or is it more home style? Do they cater to dietary restrictions?

Is the bar part of the catering service or do you have to hire a separate vendor? What does the bartender offer and will they work with your vision?

You don’t need cost per person in the long run.

Most important: do they offer a tasting before you book them? If they don’t, move on until you find someone who does.
