Last week I asked for help looking for a beachy honeymoon place. You guys certainly gave us a lot of options! I did some checking with my airline, and it looks like they fixed the issue with hilariously long travel times to Hawaii. Since it's now down to twelve hours (as opposed to twenty-three, the last time I had looked), we've decided to go to Hawaii.
BUT... there's a catch.
With the way my airfare benefit works, there's a chance that we won't be able to get onto the flights we need. If that happens, we've decided to Russian Roulette it and pick a random semi-coastal airport somewhere on the east coast with a flight that has open seats and have at it. Rent a car from there, go somewhere random. I'm hoping we don't have to do that, but I have to admit that the miscellany of the mishap scenario seems kind of fun. Hah. Would any of you ever do something like that?
