My ring is from Zales and when we moved I'm pretty sure the warranty paperwork got lost! Has this ever happened to anyone? Unsure about what to do

    I don't know if they are able to replace the inspection paperwork

    They replaced my paperwork when FH lost it. I would just go in and ask, that's your best bet.
