My fiance and I are getting married in November 2017. We really want to go somewhere tropical for our honeymoon without breaking the bank... i'd like to keep in under $3,000 each with airfare. I know the Caribbean can still be a little risky since it's the rainy season, plus we both have been there...

My fiance and I are getting married in November 2017. We really want to go somewhere tropical for our honeymoon without breaking the bank... i'd like to keep in under $3,000 each with airfare.

I know the Caribbean can still be a little risky since it's the rainy season, plus we both have been there so i'd like to try somewhere else. Hawaii and French Polynesia just seem so far out of our price range... any ideas of resorts that are not super expensive? We are really looking to relax and unwind rather than site see or do adventurous stuff everyday.

Consider a cruise! We are taking one!! Going to Cayman Islands and Cozumel... Neither of us have been there so we are pretty pumped! Only cost approx $800 for both! Then of course spending money..

I've been all over the Caribbean-- the best for that time of year is Jamaica Negril. Stay on the cliffs see the caves and it's relatively cheap. It only rains for two hours in the afternoon and then it's gorgeous. There's always all of the sandals resorts!
