Walmart registry issues

One of my registries is with Walmart and my future MIL accidentally told me what she got us from that registry and that she went through the registry to get it but it's still not showing anything has been purchased. I tried to go in and mark that we already have it on my end to see if it would show up so we don't get duplicates, and it does show "purchased" until I refresh it and then it shows nothing has been purchased again. Has anybody else had trouble? And were you able to fix it?
