So, my parents are pretty adamant that they aren’t coming to the wedding. Everytime I offer a solution to their excuses, they have another excuse. I’ve always dreamt of my father walking me down the aisle. But it appears that isn’t happening. I’m not close to any other males and my mother won’t come...

I’m not close to any other males and my mother won’t come to the wedding either, so she can’t walk me down. Anyone walking themselves down?

Oh also I wouldn’t feel right allowing his dad have the honors either as this would cause a fight between my mom and I and ruin any small relationship we have

I’m so sorry to hear that! I’m also walking myself down the aisle. Believe in yourself and that your day will be wonderful!

It could be anyone you want, anyone important to you that helped you grow as a person, anyone you looked up to as you grew up, a lifelong friend. Or like others have said, walking yourself down is fine too, its you're day and there are no rules on what you are required to do. Whatever you decide will be perfect just for you!
