  Yes, they are at the end, your MOH/ best man come in last, and then you... so closest to you and groom are the MOH/ best man

  Yes. So you want the BM/Groomsman that are standing farthest away to enter first and the pair standing closest (usually MOH and best man) to be last right before you enter or right before any flower girls or ring bearers you may have.
