I've chosen "Kiss the Rain" by Yiruma. Piano instrumental. He has quite the selections of gentle piano music.

As a gamer, there's a lot of beautiful instrumentals that can work. The most popular ones tend to be from Kingdon Hearts, particularly the song "Dearly Beloved".
