Waiting patiently for those phase 4 guidelines!

So, NJ just released our Phase 2 guidelines, and our governors are working very closely to have similar guidelines.

That means up to 250 people in outdoor gatherings, 25% or 100 people indoor, whichever is smaller.

So, looking at that as Phase 2 for NJ, you can guess that Phase 4 would be less restrictive, even in upstate NY.

I'd keep an eye on Cuomo's press briefings.

I am patiently waiting. I'm in the city so we are a phase behind upstate but phase 4 should include gyms,arts,recreation,entertainment, and most importantly education. I think you should hear something by Wednesday/Thursday of this week.

If Cuomo follows Jersey's governor here's what it will be.

One week from now, indoor shopping malls can reopen in the Garden State with limitations. Indoor dining can resume at 25 percent capacity (to start) on July 2, Gov. Phil Murphy said Monday. Casinos can also reopen that day with the same capacity limitations. The governor also raised the cap on outdoor gatherings to 250 from 100, effective immediately. He expects that limit to climb to 500 by the time socially distant outdoor graduations can resume in the state July 6. Indoor gatherings are now limited to 25 percent capacity but can't exceed 100 people.

View Quoted Comment I know people have been saying Cuomo will follow NJ and CT but right now CT is already allowing weddings outdoor of 100. I really dont think Cuomo will be that generous with us. June 26 he is “making an exception” for graduations of 150 outdoor but that does not include other events. I think maybe he will allow 50% capacity indoor with a cap and who knows what outdoor will be. Hopefully we find out in the next 2 days. He waits so long to release it. People need to know to prepare for the reopening of phase 4 before it happens!

I’m anxiously awaiting details for NY as well. Our area is only phase 3 but I keep searching for phase 4 details for the regions moving to that this week.
