Hey y'all, so we've booked our photographer and I LOVE her work! I was so excited when we booked out engagement shoot and had a blast during! We got the photos taken 8/8, she told me it she would likely get them to us within 10-14 days, I thought great! I was eager to get them so on day 12 I reached out just to check in and see when she thought she would send them. She said she was busy and it would be another 4 or so days til she could send them. I said no problem, I get life gets busy. Well 5 days go by and I don't receive anything. I reach back out and didn't get a response. So far our communications were via email so I then reached out by text on day 22. She answered and said she had done some traveling but would send them today or tomorrow at the latest. Well those two days have now passed and I don't know what to do. My FH keeps telling me I need to stop being so polite and call her out. I agree but I am nervous it will jeopardize the relationship and even our contract.
Not even really sure what I am asking for here... I guess tips on how to handle this without complete freaking out on her. If she has just said from the beginning 'oh I'll need about a month' I could have made myself live with that but I am so eager about seeing them and get so excited thinking I will that I am internally getting pretty agree, and my FH is definitely not happy about it.
