Wait staff to guest ratio

How many wait staff should we look into hiring in regards to the amount of guest we have which is 150? They wouldn’t be doing much just pouring champagne and cider and clearing dishes. But I still want to make sure they don’t feel overwhelmed if we don’t get enough of them

    We have a 1 to 10 ratio due to a formal sit down meal. It seems like you are just having dishes cleared and drinks poured so 1 to 20-25 seems good. Just did a google search to get some info.

    Our venue had 1 server for every 10 guests and 1 bartender for every 50 guests. I'd ask your caterer what they recommend.

    For approximately 80 guests we have 8 servers and 2 bartenders
