Vow renewal

I didn't think I would like a veil with me or my dress and I can tell you that the veil makes it. I'd definitely try it out for you. I did see on amazon you can get a variety of colors in veils too so you can probably find one to match the dress.

Sure, why not. If you're having the wedding (vow renewal) of your dreams of course you should wear it if that's what you want.

I'd go for a least a fingertip (length) veil and try to find the green in the lace of that dress.

There is a lot going on in that dress, so I don’t think a veil is necessarily needed. However, if you try the veil on with it and love it, I say go for it! I mean, how many times in life do you get to wear a veil?!

There is a lot going on in that dress... I think I would skip the veil.

Maybe a few flowers in your hair (or a floral halo) instead of a full veil. What is the pattern on the dress and the colors?

I think between the dress and tiara you have a lot going on so I wouldn't wear a veil.

I think you can do a veil at a vow renewal, but it's more a matter of will it enhance your dress or not. Like others have said, there's a lot going on in that dress already and I think it would just be too much.

If you like the veil I say get it!! At the very least you can try it on with the dress and see how it feels. There is no reason why you can't wear a veil for a vow renewal!

How do you feel about a birdcage veil?

I agree with others that because the dress itself is very ornate, a veil may be hard to make work, in particular if its edge reaches down around the dress (such as a waist-length or fingertip veil).

A birdcage veil is a thought - you could get it in black so that is goes with the darker gown.

It's all about you. Wear the veil!
