Vow renewal

It's not too much, and anyone who thinks that it is doesn't have to attend. You're free to celebrate your union just like everyone else.

Definitely not too much. Do what will make you happy. No one else has to approve or understand. Life is short, celebrate the good things as often as you can!

Definitely not too much. My husband and I did it. We ran to the courthouse a week before he deployed and I planned our wedding as I called it while he was gone. We told family and friends we were legally married, but still wanted to have the whole celebration. We had a bridal party, cake, etc. Do what you want, and if you want to call it a wedding do so. No one truly gets offended by it.

It's not too much or all that unconventional. in fact, my FH and I are getting married down at the courthouse tomorrow but still planning the whole ceremony and reception for later this year. It all depends on what you want to do. Don't let anyone dissuade you and if they think it's too much then maybe they don't need to be included in your celebration.

Definitely not too much! That’s what we are doing! We are married but we have yet to throw our wedding celebration. Do what is right for you and what you guys want. It’s no one else’s business what your reasons are, and you deserve the whole package!
