Our party consists of our two daughters, one son and niece as the flower girl.
Option A - 2 Daughters, Son and Niece march in // Husband at the Altar // Wife march in aloneOption B - Husband at the Altar with son // all the females march in
Option C - 2 Daughters march in// Niece march in // Son and Wife march in
Option D - Husband and wife march in

Hey Shenyatta!! While I think all of these are perfectly fine ways to process in, I think the ultimate decision falls to you. Do you want your son to walk you down the aisle? Or your husband? Have you asked them? Does your husband want to see your daughters walk down the aisle?
I personally like options A or D, but it's not my vow renewal. Ask your wedding party and see if they can offer you some guidance. That's what I'd suggest.
