Vow renewal guest list...

So my husband and I eloped and have been trying to plan the vow renewal for friends and family... I told him it didn't have to be fancy by any means, this is about us... well our guest list hit 150+ so far and it seems like more people get added.... I have no idea how to cut it down at all!! Especially to about 75-100!! We were hoping to keep it low key at my family farm... Any tips? Thanks!!

    I'm also having a vow renewal and have kept the list down to nearest and dearest to the both of us. No extended family. Only a handful of friends.. Good luck and congrats =)

    When did you elope? When inviting, I would invite in circles -- parents, grandparents, and siblings first, then branch out to aunts, uncles, and cousins (unless you're not close to them) and/or best friends. Stop there and review your numbers and budget. If you're under capacity, then you can add more friends, but do so in circles, starting with those you talk to every day or almost every day.

    We are paying for it ourselves so I'm not exactly going to pay for family I don't even like... but it's just a pain to deal with...
