  I bought mine off Amazon as well. The brand/seller was Richland. It was around $55 for 72 votive candles and holders.

  You could also check out DollarTree for simple votive holders. You can order cases online from them too instead of trying to find them in store.

  I bought mine from Michaels. 12 pack of glass filled votives is $9.99 and I use a 40% off coupon every time I pick a pack up which brings it to about $6! A little tedious but worth it.
