Vistaprint fails!

Oh and btw Vistaprint did print our logo (my avatar) on stickers that came out great. I guess their work is just inconsistent.

Wow, that's surprising. I've always had good luck with them! You might want to try Staples or Office Depot. They usually run coupons for printing jobs, too.

I agree.. Never had an issue with Vistaprint.. Sorry you are having a hard time.. CVS and Walgreens also offer self service kiosks. Prints as low as 23 cents..

I’ve used Costco for invites for several non-wedding parties and making photo collages and they’ve always been beautiful and inexpensive!

Did you call? Vistaprint messes stuff up all the time but if you call and say they've already messed it up and you're on a tight deadline they might do a 2-day mail or something. I had to have them do that once for event flyers they messed up.

Hmm they did our STD and they came quickly and just how I ordered them, heard they are usually pretty generous with making things right or refunding money. Have you tried shutterfly?

If my my original image upload was excellent it shouldn’t have come out all fuzzy! Plus on the glossy version the printing was sharp and colors were vivid. It almost looked like it had low ink or something on the linen version. My RSVP cards are beautiful side by side there is a clear difference in quality.

Sometimes they have shipping issues but I've never had a problem with their prints. their customer service was so awesome when I worked with them, sorry you had a terrible experience!

Hi Kate. Sorry for the issues you are having. I went they the same mishaps with Vista Print and finally just gave up. I found this website call Anna’s Bridal Bargains. They have beautiful stationary on there and are very reasonable. I ordered 175 invitations and RSVP cards with the envelopes for both and they printed our return address on all envelopes for invitation and mailing address on all RSVP envelopes and got them in 3 days for $164. There website has a discount code on it everyday

The best thing about Costco is their 100% refund policy no questions asked, so it's def a good way to go! They pride themselves at giving the best quality at the best price!

I have had great experiences with them. Sorry!

I stopped using Vistaprint a long time ago. Although their customer service is great and they quickly fix their mistakes, the mistakes were just a constant thing.
