You can absolutely also ask about alterations, ordering timeline, etc. to prep yourself with some basic info about the shop and their policies. I'd recommend doing a lot of dress style and silhouette research before your virtual appointment - the better you can explain the styles you like, the better the store will be able to select gowns!

You can also think strategically about the 4 gowns you'll get to try on. Are you at the beginning of your dress search? Then maybe you go with 4 completely different styles so that you can get a better idea of which silhouettes work for you! If you have a pretty clear idea of the style you like then you can get way more narrow with your selections!

I haven’t actually done this - waiting off until July to shop - but lots of bridal shops in my town (Miami) are also doing this! Look up Brides Of Florida on IG, the owner Macky has a great system in place now of how she’s going about “Saying Yes at Home!”. She offers a step by step process of how it all works, maybe she’ll have some more answers! 😋
