Vinyl Decals

I had the same issue. All the vinyl decals I found were way too expensive. Instead I decided to print my words out then trace them using a Sharpie paint pen. It was pretty easy and came out well. I've done our welcome sign so far (using a shadow box) and will do our table numbers the same way. If you're open to writing it instead of decals, it can be a lot more affordable. Picture below was my first attempt in chalk pen, but I redid it in Sharpie paint pen to be more durable.

You should be able to find a vinyl shop on Etsy who would be happy to customize a project for you. I just went to try to find the one I used to buy a custom decal for, but that one in particular has closed. Search for Vinyl decor shops, most have a “request custom” option and then you can show them what you’d like, give them dimensions and colors.
