Vintage mobile bar!

Rebecca, on March 2, 2019 at 7:27 PM Posted in Planning 0 12
Who is in? Is this a trend anyone has already done or has any input? What are your thoughts on renting a vintage trailer that has been renovated into a mobile bar that serves signature cocktails?? What do you think is a fair price for renting this? Any input is GREATLY appreciated Smiley heart

I love this idea and wish it was in my budget. I was quoted $900 for a vintage camper van and $1500 for a vintage airstream trailer. That’s just to rent with no alcohol included.

Thank you so much for your input! I can see that being a deterring price of alcohol is not included.

What a cute idea! Did your guests enjoy it? And if you don’t mind, how much was it to rent?

Our wedding is on May 4, coming up quick and I’ll let you know. They are $1500 for the whole day, eight hours. Unlimited pictures and they give us a Photo album of everybody’s pictures

If I wasn't on a budget, I'd totally do it! I actually found a place that would serve 100 people for like $2100 and that was including 2 bartender, with 4 wines options, 3 beer options, and 2 signature cocktails. So it wasn't a bad price considering everything we'd be getting, but just out of our budget.

Wow! That seems like a big price, but I guess you would be getting a lot out of it. Just curious, what state are you in?

California. Another place quoted me like $3200 and wasn’t offering as much as the other. But yeah, big price compared to just doing a regular bar. Ended up not being worth it for me Smiley sad

Im in Jacksonville FL and looking for a mobile bar option. The venue and the caterer that we chose don't have bar services, and we thought about buying in bulk ourselves. it seems like that would be a total stressor with transporting and chilling and serving it...
