Hello! Like some other people on here have posted I am having the WORST time finding a hair and makeup artist available for my wedding date. The hardest part is I would really love to have vintage styling like finger waves and victory rolls. I am in pennsylvania but willing to pay any travel fees from neighboring states. Anyone have experience finding a vintage hair stylist that they can share?
