Vinibelle and Mix Bridal

Are they the same? Their websites look identical, their color palates look identical, and their dresses look identical, 'tho to be fair, all bridesmaid dresses are starting to look identical at this point. Anyone know anything about these places?

It is very similar.. I had my girls order from Mix Bridal last month, but the way Vinibelle’s site is set up the layout looks almost the same. The style of dresses are a little different though from what I saw trying to find my girls dresses on Vinibelle a few mins ago but I completely understand why it would be confusing.

My experience with Mix Bridal has not been bad, my girls ordered last month so they are currently still waiting for their dresses to arrive. I can keep you posted on when they arrive how it goes. So far I did ask for a swatch sample which was the color we were looking for & whenever my girls had a question they said customer service did answer them. I’m sorry I don’t have more info but what I did was just check all the reviews everywhere on how their service was.

Hello I have your girls received their dresses yet. I am currently loooking and they have the color palette I am looking for. But, I am always afriad to order from the sites that are out of the country. Also I have girls that have a little shape. Can you tell me about how they fit?

I have had nothing but poor service from Mix Bridal.
The dresses were ordered in June and I am still struggling to get all of my dresses, which I have paid for, to an acceptable quality.
4 dresses were considerably longer than the lengths published and therefore alterations will need to be made locally - this was not expected.
- 2 dresses were returned due to poor quality stitching
- 1 dress which was remade was appropriate
- 1 dress is being remade again due to the extremely poor quality

The poor service continues as I have had to issue 39 emails to try and get matters resolved and I have now been waiting since 24th June to have all the dresses required in the quality promised... thank goodness I ordered them early!!!
