Videographer regrets?

FH and I never budgeted for a videographer. We can’t have everything, and we weren’t worried about it. I’m not a big home video watcher or anything, and I prefer photos to reflect on, so that was that. We splurged a bit on the photographer and can’t go back now.
My FMIL has not been pushy or vocal about the wedding at all but she keeps bringing up her disappointment in our lack of video. She says she’s forgetting certain things from her wedding 30 years ago and really regrets not having video. I have to say she’s really getting to me.
Every videographer I’ve seen is expensive with a whole beautiful presentation throughout the wedding day. Has anyone ever heard of a simple service that just records the ceremony? Or a shortcut way of having the 10 minute ceremony recorded without a family member being responsible for it?

We have a friend with a go pro who will be recording our ceremony and parts of the reception. He did a small video for my MOH's wedding as well and it was just enough to reflect on the day and remember the important parts. Maybe you can do something similar?

I agree with Sarah. I also didn't want the intrusion of a videographer. Just have someone record the ceremony on their phone. I was thrilled with my photographer (I called him the wedding ninja since I never even noticed him except for the formal shots) but he got so many great shots and made sure to capture all the details as well.
