Videographer Officially Booked!!

I had posted multiple discussions over the past couple months, asking questions about videography, various video styles/options, and what to look for in a videographer, and figured I would share an update.

All of the comments from those discussions were super helpful to us as we sorted through vendors, and it helped us narrow down what we were looking for. So, I just wanted to say THANK YOU!!! to everyone who helped out in those discussions - my fiance and I were able to find a videographer whose videos we really like, and they include both a shorter highlight film and a longer documentary film (which was what we wanted most from our wedding video), and all the raw footage. We finally officially booked them!!

Woohoo how exciting you should make it a yearly tradition on your anniversery to take a bottle of wine or champange perferbly the one you drank at your wedding and watch your wedding video. and if you really want to have fun watch your video in your dress

Thanks Meghan, I'm so excited to see how our videos turn out!! I'm glad to hear that you love your videos! Sounds like you booked a very talented videographer. My fiance was initially hesitant to book a videographer, since he wasn't sure they'd be worth the cost, but once we started watching example videos, he was sold on booking one!

We were the same way. We were not sure we wanted to spend thousands of dollars on video when we already hired a photographer. But after doing some research, we realize that video was one of the most important things to us. It was worth every penny!!!

Thanks!! And I love the idea you suggested!! That would be such a fun tradition, especially with the wine and dressing up! My fiance gets to keep his suit that he'll wear at our wedding, so if I wear my dress to watch the videos, I'm making him wear his suit too 😂
