Videographer contract - anything missing?

Turn around time following your event. When will the videographer deliver your sneak peek and when will you get your full document? In my area sneak peek was within 10 days and ful video 4 to 6 weeks.


Ok to use on your social media? It's usually a Permitted Use paragraph.
Was an actual payment schedule included? You want that in the contract.
Is travel included or excluded? If excluded what is the fee?
Do you have a force majure clause?
What about a rescheduling clause to make the 4th bullet more fair.

Like Sherri said I'd just add something about turn-around time, and ask if they need meals included on the wedding day!

Ask what happens in the event that they cannot come to your wedding. Will they find a replacement for you? Will they refund you if they’re the ones canceling?
