Hello everyone!
FH and I successfully completed our marriage application and scheduled an appointment with the City Clerks office. I received an email confirming the date and time. I read a few articles online that mentioned something about a Microsoft Teams link and Conference ID but never received either in our confirmation email. However, I logged into our nyc.gov/cupid account and the confirmation page told us to return back on the day of appointment and there’s a button that will activate on the day / time of our appointment. Have any other couples not received the video chat link or conference ID? What should I do? This process has been a bit confusing and with our wedding being 6 weeks away I’m just afraid of doing something wrong as I’m not tech savvy at all.
