Venues with No Guest Minimums on li or East Coast....

Have you had the chance to look through the WeddingWire vendor directory? It's got thousands of vendors and venues with reviews from newlyweds who booked them. Out of curiosity, I looked up New York-area Wedding Venues that have a maximum capacity of 99 guests, as well as provide catering and bar services. You can peruse the results and narrow them down further by what you're comfortable paying, what type of venue it is, how far away it is from you, etc.

If you want to come to Maryland.......this is where I work, Chesapeake Bay Beach Club. We have an Inn too that has a small ballroom with a minimum of 60 people. It’s called the Inn at tne Chesapeake Bay Beach Club. We are about four hours from NYC.

Hey! Congrats! I’m in LI and the best complete package values are the Mediterranean Manor and the East Winf Cottage. I believe they are both about 100 people for $11k. The manor includes photog and fh as well as the venue. Good luck!

A restaurant might work... I live in New York and found a few that would allow that # of guests and even had a patio for ceremony before.

Have you checked out venues in NJ? I live in NJ and we wanted to keep our number below 100. We are getting married at Farmstead Golf & Country Club. I believe their minimum on a Saturday is 75 & there is no minimum on a Friday or Sunday. It’s rustic, all inclusive & affordable!

My daughter is getting married at Bridge View Yacht Club, and they opened "The Loft" right next door, it is beautiful, not sure of pricing but has a max capacity of 125. It's wood inside with chandeliers, just beautiful on the water... I wish we could have had it there, but our guest list is way beyond there max capacity !
