Hi everyone!

Our wedding plans are currently up in the air. We received the news that our venue is closing permanently at the end of May (our wedding date was 10.10.20).
With everything going on, we are now in contact with other venues. I’ve been in contact with three recently. One offers amazing customer service; willing to answer my every question. However, there are things that I don’t like about the venue itself. The second venue is in between. Great customer service but their venue is lacking some of the things we wanted and liked from our original. And finally the third. It has everything I like and I can see myself getting married there. However, customer service has been... well not there. The site coordinator was actually rude over the phone, which sucks because I initially asked if “now was a good time.”
So question is, would you not choose a venue simply based on customer service?

Good. Everyone needs a second chance, because you never know their circumstances. But you neither want nor deserve to be treated like throw-away business. Find someone better and give them your business.
