Venue help!

Hey guys, I just recently got engaged!! Yay! Our wedding date is May 23,2020.
We are a young couple and haven’t finished through college yet. Working full time jobs during the summer and school to pay for our wedding on our own! We think that $10,000 is the budget we are aiming for. Plus $5,000 for our honeymoon. My fiancé lives on a family owned ranch that we could possibly transform into the venue for our ceremony and reception. But it lacks the proper amenities such as easy accesssble bathrooms, no coverage in case of rain, or proper electrical outlets. Looking into buying a tent for possibly around 200 people and a bathroom on wheels looks to cost near $3,000. We are open minded about venue options that supply everything needed for guests at a wedding. If we do rent out a venue we are only looking to spend about $4,000 max.
I live in the DFW area and he lives closer to Fort Worth.
