Vendor Meals

I paid for meals for every vendor who was present during the reception so nobody would have to watch everyone else eat (except our caterer long staff because the contract said we were already paying for their meals). So for example, we didn’t give a meal to our florist because she was only there setting up before the wedding. Our photographer and videographer are while everyone else says (who wants footage of themselves eating? Haha not me!). Everyone was super thankful that they got the same meal as the guests and said thank you.

Do confer with your venue about this, but I think you have everyone included that you need to. Also, if your venue is providing the food and not an outside caterer, they should give your vendors 50% off. They will not be seated (except your groomsman) at the formal place setting and will be there to work, so they should get a discounted rate.

What about security guard or parking attendant? Our venue requires that we hire one so I guess I should include them.
