Velvet pumpkins

Elisa, on August 11, 2019 at 10:44 PM Posted in Style and Décor 0 18
Trying to find where I can get a large number of burgundy, rusty orange and mustard colored Velvet pumpkins to decorate our wedding tables. The dollar tree doesnt have the colors I am looking for. A dollar a piece for each little pumpkin would be great. Anyone have any idea where I could purchase velvet pumpkins in those colors for a low price? Etsy and amazon seem to be too much. Wedding is this November 2nd. TIA

Yeah but they are outside my price range. I want to find wholesale price since I will need a lot.

Right I was at all the craft stores and even with the 40 percent off they were still pretty pricey when you need about 50 of them.

I used to work for HomeGoods and they always get velvet pumpkins every fall. They start to get into stores last week of August and continue coming in through Mid-November. They do come in the colors you mentioned. Also these items go on 60% off the day after Thanksgiving...not sure what day in November you are getting married. Congrats!!

Agree with all the craft stores BUT if you are willing to take chance.. around this time thrift stores also bring out the fall decor and you might get lucky! Good luck!

Its 7 dollars a pumpkin each so that's too much when I need about 50

If the dollar store does not have the options you want and all other stores are out of your price range, maybe try to look for an alternate decoration instead of the pumpkins.

Yep I know that's an option to not do the velvet fall colored pumpkins. I just had a vision and wanted to try to fullfill it but it's just pricier than I was anticpating. Oh well I just didn't want to do flowers.

I am completely with you on that as my vision has changed for price as well. I’m also with you on not doing flower decor. I did not want to spend a ton of money on flowers that would die in 24 hours. You do have a bit of time, so I would keep browsing. Check oriental trading and keep watching amazon and other sites as merchandise and prices change all the time.
